The place is absolutely gorgeous first of all. Techs and Dr Solana are the best in San Antonio, there is no orthodontist better anywhere than here. They really care for the people/children, my 6 yr old son loves coming even though he doesn’t like people in his mouth. My oldest son loves coming with us just to experience everything she has available. They love their patients, and it shows, you won’t regret choosing them.

Dr. Nairooz is honestly so great! Really kind and easy to talk to, and she actually takes the time to explain things without rushing you. I always feel comfortable at appointments and like I know what’s going on with my treatment. Just a really good experience overall, I definitely recommend!

Just got my Invisalign. Everything has been perfect. Couldn’t ask for anything more. They’re also amazing when you want to be seen sooner, they’ll try to fit you in.

I came in with my mother because she was worried about my uneven jawline. The doctor didn’t dismiss it as just appearance-related concern. Instead, they explained how jaw alignment can influence facial balance over time. That serious but calm explanation made both of us take it more seriously.

Dr. Nairooz is the best. Her dental assistants and front staff are very knowledgeable and kind. The decor is fun and stylish. My daughter enjoys her appointments which says a lot coming from a 13 year old. 🥹 I have been really impressed with their communication and reminders with upcoming appointments. Being a busy Mom of 4, reminders are so helpful. Thank you Dr.Nairooz!

Our family is very happy with Solana Orthodontics. The staff is very professional and always kind.
Today we went for a regular visit for my daughter, but it was also her birthday. They surprised her with flowers, cake, and a gift card. It was very special and meant a lot to us.
It’s not just the beautiful place, it’s the small details that make you feel cared for. We really recommend them!

Dr. Nairooz and staff are one of a kind! Very thorough, helpful and ready to answer all questions and concerns. The facility itself is super cute and comfy, even my 16 yr old son said it was such a nice place! I truly appreciate the time and professionalism Dr. Nairooz took with my son and daughter who have been out of braces for a couple of years now, but needed some attention to their retainers. Fantastic place and will be recommending Dr. Nairooz and staff to all my friends and family 🩷

Beautiful office, lots of kid friendly snacks and drinks and games while waiting, little wait times, kind and customer service oriented staff, and a wonderful doctor! I loved the fact that they charge the same whether you choose Invisalign or standard braces so you really can choose what you think is right for you and not feel forced to choose one over the other based on price. 5 stars for sure with each visit we have had!! Highly recommend!

This office is truly the best. From the staff to Dr. Nairooz. I would truly recommend everyone to come here for all their ortho needs. The entire staff values you, respects you and takes the time to get to know while providing the best treatment. They accommodate crazy schedules and do the MOST for their clients. She also communicated with all my other providers to ensure everyone was aligned with each treatment I was receiving. Everything about this place is 100/10. Please go here!!!
